Chiko Chakravertty
Chiko Chakravertty, founding partner of C&D Strategic Consulting, has over 12 years experience building, developing, and creating solutions for organizations. Prior to the launch of C&D Strategic Consulting, Chiko was co-founder of the Toronto office for one of the largest global Executive Search firms.
Chiko has extensive experience in the Executive Search industry where he has conducted senior assignments in Canada and abroad. In his previous role as Partner, Chiko developed the Healthcare, Biotechnology, & Pharmaceuticals practice for the Canadian business. With the advent of information management and information technology to enhance the delivery of healthcare, Chiko developed a national e-health practice in 2005 to address this changing sector. He brings his industry knowledge and experience to oversee the e-Health practice for C&D Strategic Consulting.
In addition to his work in Healthcare, Biotechnology, & Pharmaceuticals, Chiko has significant Executive Search experience in Financial Services. His areas of interest and specialization span across a number of functional areas including: Analytics, Credit Risk Management, Fraud Analytics & Operations, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations and Project Management.
Chiko holds an Honours B.Sc. degree (Microbiology & Infectious Diseases) and M.Sc. degree (Laboratory Medicine & Pathobiology) from the University of Toronto, and an Executive MBA degree from Queen’s University.
Dianne Amarelo
Dianne Amarelo, founding partner of C&D Strategic Consulting, has over 14 years of diverse experience supporting business operations within the Financial Services, Consumer Markets, and Executive Search industries.
Prior to the launch of C&D Strategic Consulting, Dianne worked with a leading provider of electronic business services to the Canadian investment fund industry. With this organization, she worked across a number of operational areas and developed an understanding of transaction processing, privacy, security, and the application of information systems and technology.
In her most recent experience, Dianne worked with a leading global Executive Search firm and assisted the organization with mandates across a variety of functional areas within Financial Services, Healthcare, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceuticals. Her areas of interest focused on Healthcare and opportunities created by information technology. In 2005, Dianne assisted in developing a national e-Health practice for the organization.
Dianne brings her industry knowledge and experience to continue to build the e-Health practice for C&D Strategic Consulting.
